Bill and Marcia Hardecker are missionaries to the Philippines.  Their desire is to start churches in the Philippines. Being sent out by members of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Brogue, PA, they served there as an Assistant Pastor and wife for more than 9 years. Marcia is the daugher of Evangelist Dr. Randy Starr.
